What is Small Group Performance sessions?
Group Performance is designed for Functional Dynamic Movement and Change of Pace in Games. We do this is small groups of 8 or less.
We focus on how to generate force, range of motion, technique, power and endurance. Every activity has a purpose and every player will create measurable results. This will improve how each player moves off the ball when the play soccer.
All cancellations 12 hours prior to a class are non-refundable.
