cost is $135 per session. Each session is approximately one hour long with an "A" licensed coach, either Dan Trosper or Dan Diac will be happy to help.
You will work with an "A" licensed coach to review game footage and break down critical moments in the game. Video analysis will be on the 5W's(Who, What, Where, When, Why), solutions to game tactical problems, and developing a plan to improve technical skills. It is also necessary for us to assess physical, technical, tactical, and psychological elements.
Together we will watch the preferred game/s that are available to review(parents are welcome to observe). We will diagram solutions as well as good attributes.
